At Kora Edibles, we are committed to ensuring your gifts and edible arrangements are delivered fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Nairobi and nearby areas.
For locations outside Nairobi, please contact us at info@koragifts.com or 0714299633 to confirm delivery availability before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

We offer the following delivery options:

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon).
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
• Scheduled Delivery: You can pre-order for a future date by selecting your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Sunday or holiday deliveries may be available on special request.

Processing and Handling Time

Once you place your order:

1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
2. Our team begins preparing your handcrafted arrangement immediately to ensure freshness.
3. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation message.

Please ensure that all delivery details (address, phone number, recipient name, and delivery date) are accurate to avoid delays or delivery failures.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location within Nairobi and are clearly indicated at checkout.
Free delivery may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location:

• Our team will contact the recipient and the sender to coordinate another attempt.
• If we are unable to reach either party, the order may be returned to our store and rescheduled at an additional delivery cost.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee product freshness after a missed delivery.

Delivery of Perishable Goods

All our products — including fruit bouquets, cakes, and flowers — are made fresh to order.
Once delivered, please refrigerate edible arrangements immediately if they are not to be consumed right away.

Kora Edibles is not responsible for spoilage or damage to products once successfully delivered and received.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the scheduled timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Traffic, weather, or logistical challenges.
• High-order seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas).
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

In such cases, our team will notify you immediately and arrange the next best delivery time.
