Thank you for shopping with Kora Edibles. We take pride in crafting high-quality, fresh, and handcrafted edible gifts. Because many of our products are perishable, we have specific policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please read this carefully before placing your order.


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 24 hours from the time of delivery for perishable goods and 7 days for non-perishable items (such as gift accessories or baskets).
If these periods have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and still in its original packaging (if applicable).


Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their perishable nature. These include:

  • Fresh fruit bouquets
  • Cakes and desserts
  • Flower arrangements
  • Chocolates and edible items
  • Smoothies and juices
  • Custom-made gifts or personalized items

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Health or personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not caused by our error

Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@koragifts.com or call 0714299633, and we’ll arrange the replacement or pick-up if applicable.

Please note: For edible items, exchanges can only be processed within 12 hours of delivery confirmation due to product perishability.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver.

To return your product (for approved cases), please send it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
